2022 FIA Formula 3 Şampiyonası, Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) tarafından onaylanmış, Formula 3 otomobilleri için bir motor yarışları şampiyonasıydı. Şampiyona, Formula 3 yarışlarının on üçüncü sezonu ve takma adıyla yürütülen dördüncü sezondu. FIA Global Pathway'de formül yarışlarının üçüncü aşaması olarak hizmet veren açık tekerlekli bir yarış kategorisiydi. Kategori, 2022 FIA Formula One Dünya Şampiyonası'nın seçilmiş turlarını desteklemek için yapıldı.

Trident, 2021 sezonunun son turunda şampiyonluğunu garanti altına alarak şampiyonaya hüküm süren takımların şampiyonu olarak girdi. Ancak 2022'de üçüncü takımlarının şampiyonluğunu kazanan Prema Racing tarafından yenildiler.

ART Grand Prix'de yarışan Alpine akademi sürücüsü Victor Martins, sürücüler şampiyonasını Zane Maloney (Trident) ve Oliver Bearman'ın (Prema) önünde kazandı.
