İsthmian yazısı ya da Kıstak yazısı, Tehuantepec Kıstağı etrafındaki yazıtlarda bulunan ve MÖ 500 - MS 500 yıllarına tarihlenen erken dönem semboller dizisidir; ancak tarihler konusunda anlaşmazlıklar vardır. La Mojarra yazısı ve Epi-Olmec yazısı ('Olmec sonrası yazı') olarak da adlandırılır.
