Rachelle Lefevre (İngilizce telaffuz: ; d. 1 Şubat 1979), Kanadalı aktris. Big Wolf on Campus TV dizisiyle ünlü oldu ve What About Brian, Boston Legal, ve Swingtown dizilerinde yinelenen karakter olarak görev aldı.
