Konstantin Bağışı veya Konstantin'in Bağışı (Latince: Donatio Constantini), 4. yüzyıl imparatoru Büyük Konstantin'in Roma ve Roma İmparatorluğu'nun batı kısmı üzerindeki yetkiyi Papa'ya devrettiğini iddia ettiği sahte bir Roma imparatorluk kararnamesidir. Muhtemelen 8. yüzyılda yazılmış olan bu kararname, özellikle 13. yüzyılda papalık tarafından siyasi otorite iddialarını desteklemek amacıyla kullanılmıştır.
