Faktör VIII (FVIII), anti-hemofilik Faktör (AHF) olarak da bilinen önemli bir kan pıhtılaşma faktörüdür. İnsanlarda, Faktör VIII F8 geni ile birlikte kodlanır. Faktör VIII geni X kromozomu üzerinde yer almaktadır.
