2K; pazarlamacı, dağıtımcı, yayımcı ve interaktif eğlence sektöründe oyun yazılımı geliştiricisi olan firmadır. Rockstar Games ile birlikte Take-Two Interactive şirketinin yan kuruluşudur. 25 Ocak 2005 tarihinde Take-Two, Visual Concepts ve ona eşlik eden Kush Games isimli geliştiriciler için 25 milyon dolara Sega'dan almıştır. 2K Games merkezi Kaliforniya'dadır.
